We are selling six Calorex Propac 90 heat pumps on behalf of the current owner.

The units can be purchased individually or as a group.

The heat pumps are not normal swimming pool heat pumps and do not have a titanium heat exchanger.

They produce hot water (LPHW) via copper pipe outlets.

The hot water typically has a flow temperature of between 10 – 50c

They have 42mm/1.5″ copper outlets for the flow and return connections.

They are extended season units and can be used all year round. They can work with air temperatures down to -15c.

The heat pumps can therefore be used to heat a swimming pool via a separate heat exchanger (that we can supply)

They can also be used to heat a property via under-floor heating, or radiators sized for a flow temperature of up to 50c.

They could be used to heat both a swimming pool and a property.

The heat output of these units at different air temperatures is:-

• 90kw at +20c
• 78.6kw at +15c
• 63.4kw at +7c
• 40.6kw at -3c

They have two scroll compressors and two fans.

The units were purchased in July 2010 and so are approx 1.5 years old they have only been used for 6-months.

They are being sold due to a change of use by the current owner.

The units need to be serviced annually by a qualified refrigeration engineer.

The units are not under warranty but we can supply a service contact for these heat pumps, please contact us for pricing.

Collection preferred by the buyer, although we can arrange a courier to collect them and deliver to any address if required. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

The heat pumps are approx £23,000 new and are being offered for £9500 £7500 £6000 each INC VAT (ono) so grab a really powerful heat pump for a bargain price !
