HeatPumps4Pools are acting as a broker to sell a second hand Heatstar Orion  200 Super Plus unit on behalf of its owner.

The Heatstar Orion is designed for indoor pools and is “an all in one” type unit.

It provides water heating, air heating, dehumidification and fresh air from one combined unit.

It is being sold due to the pool room being converted into living space.

The Orion uses a heat pump to dehumidify the pool room air and recover heat from it.

It requires a boiler as a heat source for the air heating and pool water heating.

The boiler would need to be about 18kw.

A grille is required in the pool room to distribute the dehumidified air. 

The unit has 1.5″ pipe connections

The unit was purchased in March 1997

The unit was happily servicing a 30′ x 15′ private indoor pool. 

It provided air dehumidification to a pool hall of approx 40′ x 20′ x 15′ high

It has now been carefully removed by a pool contractor and packed on a pallet ready for transporting.

It comes complete with two user manuals and also the ducting from the top of the unit.

There is a 22mm copper connection for the hot water supply from the external boiler (boiler not supplied)

It is in good condition and can be inspected before purchase near Bristol, BS32 4DE
