HeatPumps4Pools are acting as a broker to sell a second hand Heatstar Orion 200 Super Plus unit on behalf of its owner.
The Heatstar Orion is designed for indoor pools and is “an all in one” type unit.
It has digital displays and a built-in time clock.
It provides water heating, air heating and dehumidification from one combined unit.
It was purchased in April 2011 and so is only around 2-yrs old.
It is in excellent condition and has had very little use.
It is being sold due to the unit being upgraded to a fully ducted system (Andromeda)
The Orion uses a heat pump to dehumidify the pool room air and recover heat from it.
It requires a boiler as a heat source for the air heating and pool water heating.
The boiler would need to be about 26kw.
A grille is required in the pool room to distribute the dehumidified air.

The unit has 1.5″ pipe connections
It comes with the connecting hose/ducting
It has full digital controls.
The dimensions are 1590 x 625 x 745mm (h x l x w) and it weights 112kg
The unit can provide dehumidification of around 5.2 litres/hr and can output 13kw of heat into the pool room air.
The heat exchanger provides about 26kw of heat to the pool water.
This is a single phase unit and needs a 26A supply/breaker but uses about 11A running current.
There is a 28mm copper connection for the hot water supply from the external boiler (boiler not supplied)
It is in excellent condition and can be inspected before purchase.
The unit has been professionally uninstalled and is ready for collection or shipping
