We are selling a second hand Heatstar Phoenix 1000 Super Plus unit on behalf of its owner.

The Phoenix units are for larger indoor swimming pools and provide ducted air handling system.

They can provide pool water heating, dehumidification, air heating and heat recovery from the dehumidification process back to the pool water.

The unit requires ducting into the pool hall

This is a single phase model

It is being sold as it was removed from a property after refurbishment

It was installed new in 2007 and so is approx 10 years old.

The unit however does not meet current building regulations and so is not suitable for new pools but can be used for replacement or refurbishment projects

The serial number of the unit is P14142B

It was used to heat a pool with a surface area of 32m2 to 30c

It provides 14kw of air heating and 25kw of pool heating

It will need to be fed from a boiler with an output of 25kw @ 80c flow temp

It is in excellent condition and has been carefully decommissioned and removed from the pool ready for collection or transit.

These units are £16,700 new (inc VAT)
