HeatPumps4Pools are acting as a broker to sell a second hand Heatstar Phoenix XF 2000 Super Plus unit on behalf of its owner.
The Heatstar Phoenix is designed for indoor pools and is “an all in one” type unit.
It provides water heating, air heating, and fresh air from one combined unit.
Note that this model (XF) does not include de-humidification by a
refrigeration system, it provides dehumidification by the introduction
and extraction of fresh air
This system therefore does not comply with the
current building regulations for the heat recovery to exhausted air for
new pool construction.
It is therefore not suitable for new pool construction but could be used for existing indoor pools.
It was purchased around 2004 (10-yrs old) and is in good condition.
The serial number of the unit is PH20011038
It is in full working order and can be inspected before purchase if required.
It is being sold due to the customer demolishing the house containing the pool.
It requires a boiler of around 26kw as a heat source for the air heating and pool water heating.
The unit has 1.5″ pool water pipe connections
It has full digital controls.
This is a single phase unit and uses around 10A
It was used on a pool with a surface area of around 30′ x 12′ to heat the water to 29c and the air to 30c
The pool hall was around 20m x 10m
