We are selling a second hand Heatstar Phoenix XF 1000 Super Plus Unit on behalf of its owner.
The XF units are for larger indoor swimming pools and provide ducted air handling system.
They can provide pool water heating, dehumidification, air heating and heat recovery from the dehumidification process back to the pool water.
The unit requires ducting into the pool hall and some ducting is included in the price
This model is in excellent condition
This is a single phase model
It provides:-
- Humidity control
- Heat recovery
- Room Air heating
- Pool Water heating
- Fresh air ventilation
- Room Air cooling

It is being sold due the pool being closed by the owner

It was manufacturerd in 2001 approx 16 years old.
The unit does not meet current building regulations and so is not suitable for new pools, but can be used for existing pools
The unit has been regularly serviced and was last serviced in January 2017
The serial number of the unit is P28596
It is in good condition and is still currently installed.
Decommissioning can be agreed with the buyer
It was designed to heat a pool with a surface area of 50m2 to a temperature of 29c and the pool hall to 30c
It provides 16kw of air heating and 25kw of pool heating
It will require a boiler with around 35kw output to feed heat to it at 80c, see the spec below
