We are selling a second hand Heatstar Phoenix XF 500 Super Plus Unit on behalf of its owner.
The Phoenix units are for larger indoor swimming pools and provide ducted air handling system.
They can provide pool water heating, dehumidification, air heating and heat recovery from the dehumidification process back to the pool water.
The unit requires ducting into the pool hall and some ducting is included in the price
It was first purchased in 2003 and is in excellent condition
This is a single phase model
It provides:-
- Humidity control
- Heat recovery
- Room Air heating
- Pool Water heating
- Fresh air ventilation
- Room Air cooling

The unit dimensions are 154cm wide x 74cm deep x 154cm high
It is being sold due the pool being changed closed by the owner
It was used on a pool with a surface area of 22m2 and provides 14kw of air heating and 20kw of pool heating

The unit does not meet current building regulations and so is not suitable for new pools bt can be used for existing pools

It is in excellent condition and will be been carefully decommissioned and removed from the pool ready for collection or transit.
It will require a boiler with around 20kw output to feed heat to it – see the spec below
