We are selling a second hand Heatstar Phoenix XF EC 1000 Super Plus Unit on behalf of its owner.
The Phoenix units are for larger indoor swimming pools and provide ducted air handling system.
They can provide pool water heating, dehumidification, air heating and heat recovery from the dehumidification process back to the pool water.
The unit requires ducting into the pool hall and some ducting is included in the price
This model is in excellent condition
This is a single phase model
It provides:-
- Humidity control
- Heat recovery
- Room Air heating
- Pool Water heating
- Fresh air ventilation
- Room Air cooling

It is being sold due the pool being changed into a snooker room by the owner

The unit does meet current building regulations and so is suitable for new and existing pools
The unit has been regularly serviced and was last serviced around 6-months ago

It is in excellent condition and will be been carefully decommissioned and removed from the pool ready for collection or transit.
It will require a boiler with around 13kw output to feed heat to it – see the spec below
