The Thermotec Nova has a 3-year parts and labour warranty on all components and a 5-year warranty on the compressor and heat exchanger. The warranty does not apply where the heat pump has been installed incorrectly or damaged by freezing.
For Europe and locations outside the UK, warranty is parts only or return to us in the UK, with the customer paying transport costs. Spare parts can be sent free of charge to a UK address; international shipping costs are payable by the customer.
Please retain the delivery pallet and packaging in case the heat pump needs to be returned for warranty repairs. We provide technical support for Thermotec swimming pool heat pumps that we supply and hold Thermotec Nova spare parts during and after the warranty period.
